Return Policy

Within 30 days:

• Step 1: Package the item up with the appropriate packing materials.
• Step 2: On the packing slip, please tell us the reason for your return.
• Step 3: Ship it back to us at 919 S Taylor Street Green Bay, WI 54303 ATTN: Returns
• Step 4: Upon inspection, a refund will be issued to your form of payment within 14 days.

The following exceptions apply:

• Returns of floral arrangments are accepted within 5 days.
• Christmas merchandise until the earlier of 30 days or December 20th.
• No returns accepted on Sale items. 
• No returns accepted on used or worn merchandise. 
• Must be in original packaging. All tags must be attached. 
• No returns or adjustments after 30 days from the date of order.
